Terms of service
These terms apply when you book any service from Sri MediSure in Minutes. By making a booking you accept them, so please read them first.
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1.Who we are
Sri MediSure in Minutes provides healthcare services at patients’ homes across Hyderabad. We operate from Plot No. 292, Main Road, beside ADR Complex, Vivekananda Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad 500072, and are part of MediSure Hospitals.
“We” and “us” mean Sri MediSure in Minutes. “You” means the person making the booking, whether for themselves or for someone else.
2.What we are, and what we are not
We provide scheduled care at home: consultations, nursing, physiotherapy, sample collection and portable diagnostics.
We are not an emergency service. For chest pain, breathlessness, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms, loss of consciousness or any medical emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not book a visit and wait.
3.Booking a visit
A booking is a request for a preferred time. It is confirmed when our team confirms it with you, usually by phone. We may contact you to adjust the time — home visits depend on travel, and an honest time is worth more than a punctual-looking one.
We serve the localities listed on our areas page. If your address turns out to be outside them, we will tell you and will not proceed.
4.Prices and what they include
The price shown when you book is the price of the visit — the professional’s time, their travel, and their standard equipment.
It does not include medicines, injections, dressings, catheters, cannulas or other consumables used during the visit, nor any test or investigation not named in what you booked. Those are charged separately at the rates then applying, and the professional will tell you before using them.
Some services are priced after assessment. For those, nothing is charged online: we call you with the price and only proceed once you agree.
5.Payment
Payment is taken in advance for most services, through Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details. Where a service is settled after the visit, that is stated before you book.
Amounts paid are not refundable and bookings cannot be cancelled online. Please read our refunds and cancellation policy before paying.
6.If we cannot reach you
Our professional will call you before setting out and again on arrival. If nobody is at the address, the phone is unreachable, or entry is refused, the visit is treated as delivered and the amount is not returned — the professional has travelled and the slot is spent.
If something has gone wrong on our side, or you were prevented from being there, call us. We would rather hear about it and put it right than leave you out of pocket.
7.Who we treat
Bookings must be made by someone aged 18 or over. You may book for a patient of any age, including a child or an elderly relative, provided you are the patient, their parent or guardian, or otherwise entitled to arrange care for them and to give consent on their behalf.
For a patient under 18, a parent or guardian must be present throughout the visit.
8.What we need from you
Give accurate information about the patient: their condition, symptoms, allergies and every medicine they are taking. Care given on wrong or incomplete information can be unsafe, and the responsibility for what you tell us is yours.
Provide a safe, lit, reasonably private space for the visit, and any consent form, prescription or previous report the service requires. Where a service says a consent form is needed, the professional cannot proceed without it.
9.Our professionals may decline
The attending professional may decline to proceed, or may stop, if continuing would be unsafe, if the condition needs care beyond what a home visit can give, or if the environment or behaviour at the address puts them at risk. Where that happens for clinical reasons, we will tell you what to do instead.
10.Diagnostics and reports
Where a service produces a report, the timing stated for it is an estimate. X-ray films are provided at the hospital, under the concerned doctor, rather than handed over at your home.
A report is not a diagnosis. Discuss results with a doctor before acting on them.
11.Limits
We provide our services with the reasonable skill and care expected of qualified professionals. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and we do not seek to.
Beyond that, we are not liable for losses that do not follow directly from our failure: lost earnings, missed appointments elsewhere, or consequential loss. Our liability for any one booking does not exceed the amount paid for it.
12.Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for bookings made through your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here when you make a booking is the one that governs it, and the date above tells you when the wording last changed.
14.Governing law, and talking to us first
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
Before any of that: please call us. Most things are a misunderstanding that one conversation fixes.
