Please read this before you book.

What this means

• Payments made for a booking are not returned, in full or in part.
• There is no cancel button on the website. Nothing you do on the site will cancel a visit.
• This applies to every service we offer — nursing, physiotherapy, sample collection, ECG, X-ray and health checkups.

If something is wrong, call us

If you need to change a visit, if we could not reach you, or if you have any question at all about a booking or a payment — please call us. We would much rather hear from you and sort it out than have you stuck with something that did not work.
