When you book, we collect:

• The patient's name and mobile number, and optionally their email, age and gender.
• The visit address — house or flat number, street, landmark, locality and pincode.
• What the problem is, if you choose to tell us. This is health information, and we treat it as sensitive.
• The service booked, the date and time, and the amount.

To sign in, we hold your email address and name. If you use Google sign-in, Google tells us your email and name and nothing else — not your password, and not your phone number.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers of any kind on this site.

Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI ID and netbanking credentials are entered on Razorpay’s systems and are never sent to us or stored by us. We receive only whether the payment succeeded, the amount, and Razorpay’s reference for it.

To arrange and carry out the visit; to send the professional to the right place, prepared; to contact you about the booking; to take payment and issue a receipt; and to keep the records a healthcare provider is required to keep.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Our own team — the office staff who arrange visits, and the professional attending yours.
• Supabase — hosts our database, in Mumbai, India.
• Vercel — runs the website itself.
• Google — we mirror bookings into a Google Sheet the office works from, and Google handles sign-in if you use it.
• Razorpay — processes payments.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to message us there — then Meta carries the conversation.

Each is given only what it needs. Beyond these, we share information only where the law requires it, or to protect someone’s life in an emergency.

Our database is hosted in Mumbai, India. Some of the services above are operated by companies outside India and may process information there in the course of running their platforms.

Booking and medical records are kept for at least three years from the visit, as records of care ordinarily are, and longer where a law or an unresolved dispute requires it. Your account details are kept while your account exists.

The site is served only over HTTPS. Sign-in sessions are held in cookies your browser will not expose to scripts, passwords are handled by Supabase and never stored by us in readable form, and the office dashboard requires a separate login.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to keep the site working. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, or withdraw a consent you gave. Call us or email, and tell us enough to find your records.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first — and if that does not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Accounts are for adults. We do hold information about child patients, given by a parent or guardian who booked for them, and we treat it with the same care as any other patient record.
